Note: This is not a complaint, merely an observation.

They're having a Men's Only event at the Club tomorrow night. A
single-malt whiskey tasting, cigars on the veranda(h), NY strip steaks
grilled to order, loaded baked potatoes, green beans almondine, bread &
butter.

Wowsa! This is like a wayback machine circa 1900. Gentlemen, shall we
take our leave for cigars and brandy? We can go discuss things women
simply can't understand. LOL

On July 24th there's a Women's Only wine and chocolate tasting. Sure,
because all women love chocolate. We sit around eating bonbons while
watching soap operas. LOL

Apparently they haven't figured out what else to feed women because the
email says "details to follow, make your reservation now!"

Reservations for what? They haven't figured out what they're going to
feed us [women]. I'm pretty sure it won't be a "manly" meal of steak &
baked potatoes. Probably some fru-fru chicken salad or something
wrapped in a spinach tortilla.

Me, I'll take the strip steak, grilled no more than medium rare, the
loaded baked potato and the green beans almondine. I wouldn't object to
a sip of a good smooth single malt, either. :-D
