89¢/lb is very common here for whole oven stuffer/roasters, those
typicaly weigh 6-7 lbs. This entire month the market in town has
skinless boneless chicken breasts on sale at $1.99/lb... I already
bought two large packages and will likely buy more... I like to slice
them into thin cutlets, dredge in seasoned flour and fry them, then
package them for the freezer... they make great sandwiches, cold or
parm.
