Okay, but for many, what she has done to herself is most certainly not
sexy. It creeps me out in much the same way as those toddlers dressed
up for pageants.

And I totally agree. I'm not sure if anyone is saying she should have
been forced or coerced into /not/ having surgery, I'm merely stating
my opinion on her appearance.

I should probably add that I'm not even a fan of makeup or perfume, so
you can imagine what I think of what I would call non-essential
cosmetic surgery...
