I used the salmon recipe I found on Koko's Pinterest board.

The only thing I changed in the recipe was lemon to lime. I used all
of the zest, but only used 2T worth of lime juice (not all of it).
Actually, I stretched the truth... I have coconut oil, but I didn't
feel like digging around in the refrigerator for it, so I used peanut
oil instead. Sunflower oil would have worked too.
