and yes, I've had blood tests recently. My cholesteral is great, and I was a little low on B12 and am taking the drops. I've been taking vitamin D for a while, about 6,000mgs a day and my D levels were fine.

Never hurts to supplement with vitamins and minerals, mostly a one a day type will be fine.
