I had a few shrimp in the freezer that needed to be used up. So I decided to make Scampi over zucchini pasta. I made the usual Scampi recipe with lots of garlic, fresh parsley, lemon juice, zest and white wine. I seasoned the shrimp with Tony Chacherie's. A very tasty and easy Friday night meal. Having it with a nice crisp Sauvignon Blanc.
