Did you get "shells" also, as the OP said she got? Was it filled with
stuff that had been sitting around?

If I received a cold tortilla, I would have sent it back. There is no
excuse for this happening. As I said, I have been eating Rubio's since
the early-mid 80s; from the mother store in PB to dozens of others and
have never had a cold tortilla.
