I have learned that the hard way. Used to be a food allergy forum. Members
had storage space on it so I saved recipes I had been given. Then the owner
took the forum down and said she would put it back up. She never did.
Recipes lost and I've never been able to find the egg free Ravioli recipe
again. The next one I lost was Gordon Ramsey's roasted potatoes. I did
eventually find that again.

Now I put the recipes into a word file and save them to my hard drive. Or
if they are from here or emailed to me, I save them in that format.
