Australia. Yes, it is there. It also comes in small plastic bags. That's the
parmesan I used until recently. The Perfect brand actually goes very well with
my pasta sauce, despite being mass-produced cheap stuff. But I keep getting
packets with a sort of chemical strong smell and taste, so I've decided to give
up on it and look for alternative parmesans. Hence the grating problem.
