Yep. I grew up around some paranoid adults. Not paranoid about everything
mind you but certain things and they couldn't explain to me in a way that
made sense to me why they had these issues. Yet they expected me to feel
about these things the same way that they did and act the same. When I
didn't, I was made to feel that I was wrong.

I have always been rather stubborn and like to do things my own way and that
is what I did but still in the back of my mind there were some seeds of
doubt. Makes it tough to see the world in a realistic way when others
around you do not.
