LOL but I understand. What is 'too hot' and what is 'too cold' are
relative to your acclimation to the temperatures.
People in Hawaii pull out sweaters and coats if it hits 65F. Coming
back from a summer in Bahrain, I was using a thick furry bathrobe and 2
sets of socks at 80F.
At your area, you are looking for 5-10F reduction. A swamp cooler is
not optimal in operation for your area but will do that much at a
lesser price. In Las Vegas and Death Valley they will reduce temps by
25F.
