It's pretty obvious she wants to keep the swamp cooler/AC discussion going.

Dinner tonight was very simple. Spaghetti with tomato/red sauce. I
sauteed a small yellow minced onion and several cloves of garlic in a
little oil. I added them to a pot with a large can of (drained) crushed
tomatoes, a little water and the usual herb/seasoning suspects -
oregano, basil, sage, a little thyme. Of course, salt & pepper. I had
a small zucchini squash which I diced and added towards the end of
letting the sauce cook down. I've got leftover sauce for tomorrow and
enough for future homemade freezer dinners.
