I think the demand for the juice is nearly non existent. It was never big around here like in PA, but occasionally I'd see it on the sheles. Now that I want it it is nowhere to be found. Even in the redneck southern states markets will have some brands of
refrigerated kraut... all you gotta do is go to the store and ask...
the kraut in plastic bags isn't pasturized either. And if it's
important to you it's easy to ferment your own kraut... I like
fermented pickle juice too.... fermented green tomatoes are
scrumptious.
