Yes, plastic can give cats chin acne. I guess it never affected Persia
because she was always drinking from the clean recycled running water,
rather than having to put her face down where it could touch the basin.

Persia loved it for a few years but it was no big deal when took it away
and replaced it with a deep ceramic pet food bowl.
