They're fabulous cooked on a grill, gas or charcoal, and served with mashed potatoes and fried apples. Depends on how hot your grill is about 7 or 8 minutes per side does it.

Why Julie thinks those ham steaks are already cooked is anybody's guess when you clearly stated you bought a quarter hog.
