I get it. It has to do with a lower cost of living (rent, cost of
labor, etc) - but I kissed 99¢ lb for chicken parts goodbye before the
"housing bust" became stark reality 5 years ago. I'm actually not
jealous - the reality is that I'm sorry the economy is still obviously
depressed in so many parts of the country.
