As I told Cheri, I am very particular about the texture of the meat in my
gravy. I don't like chunks. I like it to be very fine. And my patties
have a bit of a char broiled thing going on the outside which is not what I
want in my gravy. I'll probably go to Central Market and get some really
good meat. Our schedule has been changed all around. No longer will we be
taking my mom out to eat on Sat. because they have a planned outing then
where she lives. So I will be cooking tomorrow. And since daughter and
husband are going on their trip soon, I should probably give them some good
meals before they leave. They'll probably be dining out for most of their
meals and I don't think the food there will be to daughter's liking.
There's a lot of Italian places and that's about her least favorite kind of
food.
