Years ago I joined a moderated cooking group on some web-based forum.
The topic turned to microwave recipes. I posted a recipe from the
generic cookbook that came with my old microwave oven. I didn't know
who created the recipe, just the name of the cookbook (which was
completely vague "Microwave Cooking" with the brand of the microwave on
the cover). They refused to let the post go through because I couldn't
state who "created" the recipe. The net-cop attitude was ridiculous so
I didn't bother with them anymore.
