Not just two things, but about twice a month. Most often pureeing
veggies for cream of whatever soups and making gravies. I whip up lots
of eggs with it. I like the way you can work a lot of air into eggs.

If I'm not careful I can also toss a lot of food around the kitchen with
it. (I was reminded of that when somebody suggested using it to mix
paint. :-)
