Default lobster tail prep-what do you like?

Costco has these huge boxes of large frozen lobster tails. When I was
so sick for several years and couldn't keep anything down, I said to
my husband that if I ever got better I was going to buy the 5-pound
package of lobster tails (likewise, shrimp) I love seafood. Well,
I've had the shrimp several times and my daughter just got me the box
of lobster tails for my birthday. I now have 5 opportunities to try
different ways to prepare lobster tail. (2 per meal)
What do you do? Is simple the best? Grill? Broiler? Steam?
The meals will be all about the tails -- probably French bread and a
salad as sides.
I appreciate your thoughts.
