I'm the one who told her about it. I bought some because samples were
being passed out at Whole Foods and I couldn't believe how good it
was. Sometimes a sample fools me and I don't like the product when I
eat it in larger portions, but Just Mayo was excellent (in sandwiches)
down to the end of the jar. What I didn't do was make potato salad
with it and that might be the acid test.

Honestly, so what if it's vegan? She can't eat eggs, doesn't like the
flavor of other vegan brands of mayonnaise that she's tried and it
tastes like the real thing. So he criticizes them for being an
excellent product that doesn't need to trade on being vegan in order
to sell? That's one heck of a nasty personality disorder. It must
suck to be him.
