In Iceland, they serve their "pizza" with salt and pepper- and IIRC
there wasn't any tomato sauce/stuff. Was really tasty with the sea
salt and fresh pepper- some tomatoes and small amounts of ham? My
memory says it tasted really fresh and not heavy. I loved it.
