I don't think you've ever given birth.

Didn't smoke, but I had small babies. Son was 6.5 lbs. Not a fun
time giving birth with no drugs, but those were the days. DD was 5.5
lbs and slipped out before they could wheel me into the delivery room.
There's something to be said for not having gestational diabetes. All
my friends and relatives seemed to be giving birth to monsters. I
asked the Dr what I'd done wrong and he said: nothing. He said a 1lb
difference in birth weight was the normal difference between males and
females. Son is 6 ft tall, so I certainly didn't stunt his growth.
