That looks good except for the avocado and sadly I have found that for most
things, subbing in vegetable broth leaves it lacking in flavor. The soup is
also pretty carby so wouldn't be doable for me. I can do bean soups because
they contain protein. When I eat soup, the soup is almost always the meal
for me. But thanks!
