Not every place in the southern US has hostility between races. I'm not
saying it never happened, of course it has. I'm saying where I live now
it's not at all a prevalent thing.
FYI and OB Food: people who live in the south also don't boil vegetables
to mush or deep fry everything we can get our hands on.
BTW, Missouri is not considered part of the south. Not even during the
Civil War. It's in the Midwest.
