Believe it or not, I've never had a "popper". I read recipes and
decided I didn't want to make them because I didn't want to eat a
jalapeno stuffed with cream cheese, same applies to the JB burger.
I'm fine with the McD burger because I liked the crunch of the
jalapeno pickles and their little burst of heat (can't go an hotter
than that and keep your wussy customer base happy). I didn't know
what the gloppy white stuff was, maybe it was some sort of cream
cheese sauce - whatever it was should go away, because it didn't add
anything to the mix.
