Cheesecake IS very easy, don't let a single recipe scare you away. There are good easy recipes in this thread.

I will say I love Martha for nearly all her recipes (never had one fail and they are always good) but I never make
anything that calls for sweetened condensed milk...except Key Lime Pie. There is just something about it in the can
that makes me go "ewwww." ;-))
