Wondering if anyone has a recipe for this wonderfull Costa Rican breakfast
dish. As far as I can tell it is cillantro, brown rice, Lizano sauce, onions
and chilli. Funny they call it Gallo seeing as there is no chicken in it.
Apparently it is called this because chicken is added to the leftovers to
make a lunch...
