Here are my favorite (that aren't the usual brownies, chocolate chip,
oatmeal raisin or snickerdoodle)...

Thumbprint cookies (I use generic raspberry jam)
Lemon Bar cookies
Flourless Peanut butter cookies (could be Nutella, but PB is delish)
