I have different sized scoops, the one I use for these is size 40, but I
think a rounded TBS would be good too, or whatever size you want to make
them. When I scoop them out, I just press them down a bit with two fingers
before baking, and sometimes sprinkle on some turbinado sugar beforehand. I
bet he likes them. :-)
