And thank you for holding my hand (more than once) when I was trying
to figure out that whole tortilla soup thing! Now that I've made it
my own, I wonder why I had so much trouble grasping the concept!
Well, I know why. Food bloggers (and cookbook writers) often make the
simple seem difficult, so I was wary of it for way too long.
