I didn't say it was common. I said it happens. What's-his-name expressed
strong doubt that it EVER happened, going so far as to call it BS, while
calling me a troll and a clown for even mentioning it. I don't know how
prevalent the practice is, but I'm sure that not every occurrence is caught.
