I disagree with the author's suggestion, in that I think that it is the not
inspected cheeses that should carry a stamp, a health warning. Those who
are not immune compromised, and feel confident should be free to ignore the
warning. I also disagree with prohibiting the sale of raw milk, but am fine
with warning language, even if it's a bit over-the-top. I often consume very
under-cooked beef and lamb, and somewhat undercooked pork. I am pretty vigilant about undercooked poultry.
