I used to have a 12 quart Hobart when I was on a bread baking kick.
I've no use for a small stand mixer (5-6 qt), I either use my KA hand
mixer or knead dough by hand or in my ABM. Even my hand mixer gets
used maybe a half dozen times a year... most times a wire whisk or a
wooden spoon suffices.
