Default Goat with almond sauce

Leg of goat, freshly roasted, shredded
Flatbread
Onion, sliced
Lettuce, shredded (cos lettuce is good)
Tomato, sliced

For sauce:
3 heaped tbs almond meal
2 tbs dried chilli flakes
2 tbs cumin powder
1 tbs coriander powder
1 tsp cardamom powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
oil for frying
1 tbs crushed/minced garlic
2 tsp crushed/minced ginger
3 tbs tomato paste
dash of malt vinegar
2 tsp sugar

Dry fry the almond meal and dry spices, until the almond meal is lightly toasted but not burnt

Fry garlic and ginger in oil, and add the other sauce ingredients (including the almond meal and spices), with water as required to make a thick sauce. Stir while heating for a few minutes.

On flatbread, goat, onion, lettuce, tomato, sauce. Roll up, eat.

Could call these goat kebabs, if one is willing to get into kebab definition wars.

The only leftover was a small amount of the onion (it was a large onion). 3 people, 8 flatbreads. My son ate 4 - he liked it.
