The word was formal, not fine dining. Of course you would not have to
worry about having to figure out which fork or spoon to use with each
course since you could shovel everything in with the fine chop sticks.
FWIW... I have eaten shrimp in a Chinese restaurant in a Chinese
shopping mall where my friend and I were the only non Chinese, and the
shrimp was cooked and served in the shell.
