Ds1, thanks, I have been told to use desktop mode before, but that format is super irritating to me.
Besides, the last time I switched, in another group, when I saw my post, no quoted material
showed up unless I clicked on "show quoted material." Maybe that is an iPad quirk.

I try to say enough of what I am replying to. If people would read posts in order, like in this thread,
my response to the first post made by Paul should have made obvious what I was replying to.
Paul gave a link. If these people complaining had read that first post and followed the link, they
would have known what I meant when I said, "I saw that."

Anyway, I am old and cranky, so just don't read my posts. All the quoting worked fine on my laptop,
at least, in the old days. Now it doesn't.
