I put frozen broccoli flowerettes on pizza all the time, no liquid
exudes, none whatsoever... and I cover the entire pie until there's no
bare place to put more.... and I put them on frozen, not cooked, not
thawed... only thing I do while the oven is heating is slice the
frozen flowerettes into smaller flowerettes, so I can fit more.
