I dredge tilapia in cornmeal before frying, and our favorite side is "Cheesy
Spinach," which is just cooked and well drained spinach, cheese, and heavy
cream. The fish is served with halved lemons or limes. I'd say that that's
my favorite easy-to-make everyday dinner.
