Okay, I have come to understand, drinking milk is very bad for me.
The consequenses earlier this week were not pretty. It's not what
you think, I just wind up with a throat full of mucus. Sorry I
waited until dinnertime to say that.

Well, some days I just want a bowl of cereal. I don't think Lactaid
will cure the mucus thing.

So, what, in your experience, will my reaction to trying soy milk be,
or will that even help me? Does it taste anything like milk? Thanks
for your help.
