My bad. I had changed my sorting for another thread and ended up with
Jill's unread post next on the list. But I stand by what I said.

amount of meat, minimal labour.... jack up the price because people like
Italian food and restaurants can jack up the prices and make a
substantial profit because they can sell it a little cheaper than the
meals that require more work and more expensive ingredients.
