Agree. And to my way of thinking, the reason why something makes you sick
doesn't really matter so much. But in the case of celiac, in some countries
(not here), a diagnosis will entitle you to special circumstances when it
comes to food. Since this doesn't apply to me, I don't know the particulars
but I think it might be a tax break on special foods purchased.
