I don't eat Tex Mex food. I hate the stuff. Also hate highly spiced food.
This is what I bought:
http://www.amazon.com/Daily-Chef-Nat...canned+chicken
If you read through the reviews, one reviewer said that it tasted metallic
and other said that it tasted like tuna. What I said is that they are very
similar. Same texture and the taste isn't that far off. I don't think that
it is and I am not alone.
I once ordered a tuna sandwich when I worked at the golf course and the
woman behind the counter apologized to me for the sandwich. Said it might
be chicken. She couldn't tell. It was. I prefer tuna in a pouch but for
chicken I don't notice much difference.
