Soy milk bites no matter what brand or flavour. Try plain unsweetened
yogurt on your cooked cereal. (You wouldn't be eating any of that
processed kack would you?) Or try ice cold apple cider if you must
have liquid.
Yogurt with live bacterial cultures shouldn't cause the problem you
describe (which I also experience).
Soy milk is a very highly processed food. Totally incomprehensible
that people who want natural whole foods would even consider using it.

The fermented tofu mentioned in an earlier post may have been tempeh.
