I was a picky eater, too. kept my weight down most of my life as well.
When I hit 65, Mother Nature said: "here's your belly fat!"

I'm a size 6, no longer a size 4, and most of that is taken up by the
dreaded belly fat.

Same thing happened to my Dad. He was thin as a rail and ate whatever
wasn't nailed down until he hit his 60's then he developed a belly. It
was rock hard and we used to kid him about carrying our brother in there.
