Years ago I had two stand mixers, a Sunbeam and a 12 qt Hobart. Got
rid of the Hobart and then the Sunbeam, never used them anymore. Now
I occasionally use my KA hand mixer... I do most mixing with a wooden
spoon, a wire whip, or a fork. For yeast dough I'll knead a loaf by
hand, but more often I use my ABM.
