I have a five quart, 350 watt. If I were buying a new one. I would get a six quart with the
highest wattage available, just for dough mixing and longevity (and for recipes that take a
long beating, like French Silk Pie or Divinity. I love my lift bowl mechanism better than the
old style mixer I had when I got married.
