I have an addiction to runny fried eggs served over hash brown. So I know
of what I speak. the Potatoes for hash browns have no need of either
peeling or pre-cooking. Just wash them well and chop them up, then fry with
chopped onions and salt and pepper. I followed a Barefoot Contessa Recipe
and learned this.
