Where you live is obviously not where everyone else lives. I don't have
a problem finding brown paper bags. I ask for them rather than plastic
at the checkout and they're happy to use them.
You'd hate the farm stands around here. I bought small red new potatoes
at the farm stand the other day. The farmer who sold them to me weighed
them and put them into a *small brown paper bag*.
The problem I have with bringing my own (how very GREEN) bags is I never
know how much I'll be buying. I always start with a basic list but that
is not what I walk out of the store with. I'm supposed to know how many
bags to bring in from my car before I start shopping? Uh, no.
