I've got a brother who works in IT, too. Hell, I worked in IT for over
20 years. It's not as if working in IT gives you some magical "in" with
every ISP. "You work in IT? Why didn't you say so? We'll jump right
on that!" LOL

They're probably still wondering what the hell he was talking about.
Maybe he FTP'd them transcripts of these discussions. It could take
them *years* to figure out, uh... what was the question? Oh, you want
